Our condo was difficult to price because there were very few relevant comps. We appreciated Kevin's advice in helping us decide on where to price our condo and especially navigating the negotiation process. I believe Kevin's approach in business and his overall communication style also gives him a very good rapport with other agents which has made the transaction very smooth and stress free for us. We've done many FSBO transactions over the years and Kevin's success in selling our condo really validated our decision to find a good realtor vs. trying to sell it ourselves.

I was a very part time resident in Ludington. Although I owned the house for 25 years, I did not really have any connection to the community. I chose Century 21 because that was the real estate agency that we used 25 years ago when we purchased the property... and JP was the person who called me back. I was fortunate to have JP as an agent. He was very patient as I worked through the decision to sell my property. He did not pressure or abandon me during the 6 months of agonizing over what to do.

Peri was very good at helping us navigate through this process. It was difficult because our property was hard to valuate. Being a commercial property with some zoning restriction Peri had to help us and also the potential buyers.

When Peri did not have answers she would find out the best solutions, rather than just giving a shallow answer. She transparent and trustworthy, would strongly recommend her for both commercial and residential real-estate.
